PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

JUICE EXTRACTION:

By Four Milling Tandem with each mill consisting of three rollers with Planetary Drives.

JUICE CLARIFICATION:

Juice clarification by defecation.

EVAPORATION & CONCENTRATION:

By Spray Electrical Dehydrator (MVR-Mechanical Vapour Recompression) system.

DRYING & COOLING:

Drying of Jaggery by using Jaggery Pugmill or vacuum drying system (optional) and cooling into Jaggery Cooling Trays.

FINAL PRODUCT HANDLING AND PACKAGING:

The solid Jaggery after cooling weighed and bagged into bags/cartons/boxes in continuous mode.
